Pre - Mansoon rain

It is said that the Mansoon will enter in Kerala on 07th June 2020. If it comes on that date, then it can be said that the mansoon is regular this year. Now the news is there was a low pressure point in the bay of Bengal. As the consequence, it has been cloudy having no sunshine in Jakimirya as it is very close to the Arebic Sea. There is a storm in Arebian Sea . It is about to enter into the Maharashtra.  Jakimirya is a village in this state and has a danger of the cyclone.


Pre mansoon is about to start in Jakimirya.

In the afternoon,  the winds started to blow and at five pm it started raining for the first time in this year here.  Here is a video for you to enjoy... 

     

If this rain continues, there will be greenery everywhere in Jakimirya. Jakimirya's original beauty will enhance and the village will be looking amazingly beautiful  ! I will be reporting here of course . .....But there is a breaking news about Cyclonic Storm likely to enter In 48 hours, reaching  Maharashtra, Gujarat On 3 rd June 2020 . 

It is further reported by  weather agency India Meteorological Department that a low-pressure area developing over the Arabian sea will intensify into a cyclonic storm in the next 48 hours and will reach parts of Maharashtra and Gujarat coasts on June 3.


IMD has further reported as follows  :

"Light to moderate rainfall at most places with heavy to very heavy falls at few places and extremely heavy falls at isolated places over north Konkan and north Madhya Maharashtra on 3rd and 4th June (is likely). Light to moderate rainfall at most places with isolated heavy to very heavy falls likely over south Gujarat state, Daman, Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli on 3rd June and with heavy to very heavy falls at a few places," it added.

As per the report, IMD has warned of high waves up to four meters in coastal areas of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep. It has also warned of high-velocity wind in the affected regions.Squally wind, speed reaching 45-55 kmph (kilometre per hour) gusting to 65 kmph, very likely to prevail over southeast and adjoining east-central Arabian sea, Lakshadweep area and along and off Kerala coast during next 48 hours. It will gradually increase becoming Gale wind speed reaching 65-75 kmph gusting to 85 kmph over east-central Arabian Sea and along and off Karnataka- south Maharashtra coasts from 2nd June morning and further becoming 90-100 kmph gusting 110 kmph over east-central and north-east Arabian Sea along and off Maharashtra and Gujarat .



01.06.202  .....  Last night was sufficiently calm. There was little winds for some time in Jakimirya. There was slight rainfall too ! In the morning rain dropped for half an hour . It is 11.30 am now.  There is no sunshine . It is cloudy here in Jakimirya. Of course,  the cyclone is around.
