The old house's transformation : 

Mr. Satish Topkar starting the renovation

On 4th August, 2014 , an article  named " Making Home in Jakimirya " was published here. 

It was the 15th August, 2014 !

Yes , we made entry in that new house on the very special day for every Indian, i. e. 15th August , the Independence Day. It was in the year 2014 !!

Incomplete work : 

Though it was newly built house, there was some work left ! The upper floor and the staircase were undone ! The plaster work done by the previous workers was not upto the standards . The colouring was also not done. We were slightly unhappy for that. You won't believe , but it looked like this : 

Correcting the mistakes :

It is in 2020 , we started to reshaping the home. It was also correcting the mistakes we did in 2014. So we did it in two successive years 2020 and 2021.

You won't believe it !!!

But we are glad now that we have added all that we wanted !  Now, look the same after renovation. You won't believe it !!!

Here you can see the changes done inthe year 2020. Mr. Sanjay Pawar has done the colouring work superbly while Mr. Arvind has built the ladder and the upper flowering.  

In the year 2021...

Mr. Santilal has given fantastic touch to the front door . You can view this in the following 2 pictures :

While, Mr. Kanif Mayekar has has created the Electricity Meter Box.

So friends, it is unbelievable if we see the first scenes. Now the house has been given a complete new look in 2020-21 and you won't believe that this is the house that was looking previously very ugly. A complete transformation has taken place in two years. Thanks to Satish Topkar and his team, who has done this all superb artistic work. Thanks for reading and viewing dear friends !
